Food for Thought: A Taste of Careers in the Culinary Arts
In this education program designed by our executive chef team and based on the ServSafe curriculum, students explore our unique food operations. They’ll discover our resort’s unique food flow process, an experience sure to inspire the next generation of culinary artists. From purchasing to receiving, from the warehouse to the restaurants, students learn about food safety and storage, preparation and presentation and careers in the industry. The program includes tours of various areas, allowing students to explore the responsibilities and opportunities of each potential career path.
